MARK MILLER is a co-founder and partner at LearnLaunch. Miller is a lifelong entrepreneur since winning the business plan competition at Cornell University and building one of the earliest first education publishing subscription businesses. As a result of his own company exits and leading the sale of two companies he advised, Miller founded and serves as Managing Partner of Good Harbor Partners (GHP). GHP provides strategy consulting, outsourced corporate development and advisory M&A services to some of the top companies in the education marketplace.
Miller has co-founded, built and/or served as Executive Chairman or CEO for leading publishing, technology and community companies. Many of these companies have had successful exits, including CollegiateLink, TakeNote, The Daily Jolt and The Custom Publishing Group.
Miller was tapped by a set of leading University CIOs to commercialize CUPID and developed the first SaaS based on-demand publishing platform. NetPaper oﬀered a new model for creation and consumption of textbook, journal and scholarly monograph content.
Miller is a Cornellian and he currently serves on the The Cornell University Entrepreneurship Advisory Council. He was also was recognized for his contributions at Cornell and was tapped and serves as a member of the Quill and Dagger Honorary Society.
