Chen Chen Koh moved from Singapore to Cambridge in June 2016 [to follow her husband, an MIT Sloan Fellow]. Until then, Chen Chen was a member of the senior management team at Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary), one of Singapore’s top-ranked secondary schools and her alma mater. As the Director of Student Wellbeing, Chen Chen was responsible for developing and implementing best practices in pastoral care, behavioral development management and welfare to enhance the overall wellbeing of students. Prior to this, Chen Chen has worked as Head of Talent Development and a mathematics teacher at Raffles Girls’ School, Assistant Head of Project Work at St Andrew’s Junior College and Planning Officer in the Planning Division (Education Policy Branch) of Singapore’s Ministry of Education. Chen Chen’s education qualification includes a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) degree in Mathematics with Education from Cambridge University, UK; a Master in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education Singapore.
