His experience with entrepreneurship began when he co-founded his first venture from his Harvard dorm room more than 15 years ago. Following graduation, Adam worked as both an investment banker and hedge fund analyst for the better part of a decade.
Since founding Firefield, Adam has helped dozens of innovators. Based on the stage of the venture and the unique needs of the innovator, Adam has taken on varied roles — from Head of Product or CTO for funded startups to acting as a product creator, collaborator, and advisor for teams looking to turn a diagram on a napkin into a sustainable business. On any given day, Adam may find himself brainstorming a venture’s next minimum viable product, pitching to an investor group, or whiteboarding a go-to-market strategy.
In addition to his involvement with LearnLaunchX, Adam’s participation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem includes mentoring at Lean Startup Challenge and YouthCITIES. He also teaches various workshops regularly at both Intelligent.ly and General Assembly. In order to help as many innovators as he can, Adam also shares his experience and advice via Firefield’s weekly office hours and volunteers as Boston’s ambassador for CoFoundersLab.
