A seasoned product management professional specializing in product strategy, product pricing, new product selection and market research, Alo is currently the Director, Products at Buildium, a property management SaaS company focused on small businesses. Prior to that, Alo was a Principal at High Start Group, a product strategy and innovation start-up consulting firm focusing on in-depth qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive insights.

Alo was also the Managing Director, Product Strategy at Compete where she was responsible for product strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and planning and prioritizing the integrated product roadmap. And the Director, Product Strategy and Planning at Constant Contact for six years where she was instrumental in expanding the product suite beyond email marketing. She led efforts to select and define Constant Contact’s Online Survey, Event Management, and Social Media products. Her experience in launching new products include an emphasis on market/competitive analysis, acquisition strategy for delivery (build/buy/partner), product concepting and new product pricing. Alo has also held product management and marketing positions at eRoom Technology (now Documentum/EMC), EMC, and Accenture.

Alo holds a BS from Columbia University in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She has also done post-graduate work on Pricing Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management.
