Catherine Mannick is General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of AcadiaSoft, Inc., a financial services software company with operations in the U.S. and Western Europe. Prior to joining AcadiaSoft, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Cole Management Incorporated, a fund that invested in Russian and other emerging market technology companies. Before joining Cole Management, she served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of The Pioneer Group, Inc., a NASDAQ listed financial services company, and General Counsel of its spin-off, Harbor Global Company Ltd., an OTC listed company that was organized to manage Pioneer’s portfolio of investments in Russia and Eastern Europe. Previously, she co-chaired the Russian Practice Group at Hale and Dorr, LLP and served as international counsel at Bank of Boston. Ms. Mannick is a member and Director of Launchpad Venture Group, a Boston area angel investing group focused on early stage investments primarily in high tech and life sciences. She is also a Director of the Rostropovich Vishnevskaya Foundation and CRDF Global. Ms. Mannick holds a B.A. in Russian Studies from Yale University, an M.A. in History from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School; and has studied law as a postgraduate at Moscow State University.
