I’m best known for the various roles I’ve played at Credo Reference which, as CEO, I brought from its earliest days to the point of being sustainably cash-flow positive. Then as President I devised the processes and recruited the publisher partnerships that allowed Credo to provide excellent and balanced coverage of the content requirements of academic and public libraries alike.
